What You’re Giving Us Permission to Do

• Including it in press coverage, articles, and public-facing events

• Using it in promotional materials such as trailers or highlight reels

• Featuring it in content that may be monetised (for example, on YouTube) to help sustain the project

We may lightly edit, crop, subtitle, or reformat your video to suit the platform it’s being used on, but we will always aim to keep its integrity and message intact.

What You Still Own

You still own your video. You’re simply granting us a licence to use it as part of this project.

• You can continue to post and share your video however you like

• You are not giving up any ownership or creative rights

• You’re just giving us permission to include it in this project and anything that may grow from it

This licence is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and ongoing so you don’t need to give us separate permission each time we share or reuse your video as part of the project.

We will never sell your individual video as a standalone product or pass it on to others to use for unrelated purposes.
